More than the Resume

Most of the time, job seekers have a misplaced value for resumes thinking that because it is written in a beautiful paper with large fonts, they are already assured of a job interview. In reality, an employer on looks at about eight percent of the total resumes they receive what is more important is the manner of delivery to help your resume standout from the rest. A publishing job interview like in any other field of endeavor is a combination of aspiration, education and presentation. How can an employer forget a resume coming out from your sleeves or suddenly finding your resume already inside his desk without his knowledge? Make an impact then let your resume do the rest.
